I had a loan with Capitec when they tried to deduct their first payment i was sent a sms informing that there were noo funds in my account. that seemed strange as all my debit orders did receive debit even after i received an sms from capitec, an ihobe agent / sheriff came to me during May 2013 to handover an order for a garnishee which i did sign because i knew about but it was sent to the Salary section during september 2013 with a value of R 9500.00 BALANCE DUE. the amount of loan which asked for was R 4000.00
What is very strange is for ihobe collections to take long to implement your garnishee. i know this their business kodwa lena its in bad faith. i phoned wanting to settlement the amount but was told even if i want to settle the amount it will be more than the balance due...
