How pathetic can it get

I tried, on behalf of my son whose business admin I attend to, to do an online application for a Instalment sale. The website was not working properly, which I accept, and could not send the application through. I printed it and called them wishing to forward it by Email, together with other documents they require. The confirmed the website was not working but said they DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADRESS and either my son, that is on site from 7-7 must either call them or visit them in person otherwise they are not interested.
He has banked with them for his entire life and runs a very lucrative (for SBSA) account, have paid up his previous deal and wanted to remain with all his accounts at one bank. However both ABSA and Wesbank approved the deal within minutes subject to provision of bankstatements etc whhich SBSA allready have.
Writing to their complaint centre also proofed useless as they do not even respond other than an automated letter saying they will respond!!! Poor poor service!!!
