FNB Private Clients not Priority

FNB Contacted me and asked if I wanted to join as a Private Client. I have been a client of FNB for many years and accepted the offer. NOW the problem is that I can not access any of my accounts and I do not have access to any money because all my accounts are not activated. I asked for my cards to be delivered to my branch and received a SMS that said that my card will be delivered 03/10/2013 to my branch. I went to my branch last monday and they have not received anything. SO MUCH FOR ADVERTISING A SERVICE WHICH IS NOT THE TRUTH! I have spoken to two service consultants at the private clientes department yesterday 21/10/2013 and have not been assisted. NOW I do not have access to any money and can't even put petrol in my car which means I can not get to work. Also my salary is not going to be able to be paid into my INACTIVE PRIVATE CHEQUE ACCOUNT and I will default on all my debit orders. If this is the way FNB treats their Valued Customers, I do not think I want to be part of such a bank. FNB is full of promises in the adverts and claims to be the best bank, but my meaning is that how can they be if they don't even look after their Private cleints. Maybe INVESTEC is the answer.
