Outsurance - Shocking follow up and service

My wife had an accident in our new car, MONTHS AGO . Outsurance approved the claim and handed over to Dentech. Ithere has been no follow up from outsurance, the service has been pathetic and Dentech are waiting for parts. Whats the use of having an insurance partner that charges reasonable rates offers no claim bonuses but cant even get the basics right, by getting your car repaired on time!! they outsource the work and the service is shocking. I intend to tell everyone and post this to social media
