My vehicle was involved in an accident and I phoned my insurance, they assign me to an assistant who would keep me up to date with the progress of my vehicle repair. I want to shout it out that Brandon you did a great job assisting me to get a courtesy car on the same day and explaining every step in fine detail. you interacted with me (a complete stranger) as if I was part of your family. I felt safe, secured and definitely insured. Thank you so much for your promptness. we spoke over the phone but it felt that you were right there next to me when I was very far from my husband and loved ones, you turn this unpleasant situation into a walk in the park.
