Hi there, I am currently in Australia, left at OR Tambo Airport on the 29th of July, I also furnished Beatrice at your offices copy of the Itenerary, she fails to understand. Then after I have explained to her that I incurred an ear infection over here, had to see a doctor as the pain became unbearable, she has the actual prescribtion and receipt in her possession. Yet on Friday she sends me a mail confirming that it is the 'wrong plane' ticket, secondly she asks me "I did not know you were in Australia? " Really??? after having corresponding with her, explaining my situation, throughout corresponding I have confirmed numerous times that I am still in Australia with a bad outer ear infection. I have furnished her everything she requested. Nobody keeps copies of their original plane tickets, that is what Itenerary's are for. How can she ask me whether I am in Australia, SERIOUSLY THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR DEAR LADY. I also explained that I don't have a specific house doctor in South Africa as I rarely ever see one, I am quite healthy person, only now, I have problems with my ear in Australia.
