FNB has unfair and policies

I requested a reversal of a deposit i made via online banking. which Billings and Ally (senior staff of the dept) promised to help and acknowledge... but later decide that they will not due to their company policies.

they did not action request as promised because of the bank policy and they treated me with a very bad attitude.
