I had met with an accident on Tuesday this week. My car was to be assessed, the lady from outsurance called and said that it is uneconomical for the car to be fixed and i have the option of repairing it myself and they would literally give me 10k less than what it would actually cost me to fix the car. When i asked for the report, i saw that it stated that the car had been written off. Outsurance tried to save a buck or 2! Then they say once i am paid out i have 48hrs to return the courtesy vehicle, really? in which world can one find a car so quick, where the max days of the courtesy vehicle is actually 30days. why must i pay so much for service? The manager hasn't answered her phone once the whole day today to attend to this matter. what do i do now? can someone tell me?
