So I get harrassed with phone calls to pay my Bluebean. I've not been paying for 4 months because of personal issues at home but have been paying up what I can the last 3 months, which I confirmed with a call centre consultant back in September this year. In October I got another call from the rudest person ever I personally dont even think he should be employed EVER by anyone!!! He had no telephone manners and just before ending the conversation informed me I MUST take back the card to the bank as it's now invalid. Well please tell me why I should pay it then?
