Need a proper answer and date

I was an employee of First Tech. The company has been liquidated. I have submitted my claim withdrawal documents. Asked several times for feedback but all is said every time is that it is on hold.
Why??? When is the pay out going to happen. With the fact that I lost my job, my accounts has fallen in arrears. I really need this funds urgently. Someone at Sanlam must please push this to keep the clients happy.
