I am grossly upset with the service recieved by fnb staff. I am a platnuim account holder and recieved appalling service and referred to as a last on the telephone by an fnb consultant. I did a purchase via the fnb ago for airtime of which it did not go through. I then logged on to the Internet site via my laptop and attempted to purchase it again. I logged off and checked my mobile app and it tools me pending. I then attempted to transfer cash to another account to get the airtime. Having checked my statement it said pending. I then logged a complaint with a call Rep from fnb who told me she logged the call and I needed to call back in 24hrs I called and spoke to Busisiwe who logged the complaint. Now I get a call telling me I led and never Orchard any airtime and when requesting to see my Internet login logs I get told I can't. Highly unacceptable.
