I have two bonds with Standard bank. I pay almost double the required amount on each of these every month.
But when I tried to access funds this week I was told that both access bonds were cancelled. I have been trying for 3 days now to get someone to give me a reason. Only the excuse that they will escalate the matter.
This is utter nonsense. They readily take my money but now I cannot withdraw the surplus.
Pathetic service!!!
