I have sent numerous emails to this company, and still no joy on getting my payout. the reason being a bad and weakened attitudes from some of the managers mentioned above. they even talk to us on a private phone with no recordings for proof of their nose high attitude, bias to a customer's needs. i got hold of insurance ombudsman and i was given Pieter Nienaber. he was said to be a better and fast employee because he knows why he is there in the first place. this company's hierarchy in job placings is so clustered and confused. if that the case, how do we fit in that as clients with our monies in there?! i asked David Mashosho a simple question and he tells me i must not quote him on that question, he was supposed to help me but did not he refused to! Carol Jackson keeps hiding behind others when she makes a! on a task at hand given! carol seemed lost on her task and the simplest one. Andrew tried to play HERO but threw me in a deepest end of confusion!?! i only got one question for this company. what components and procedures do they use when hiring? this is due to lack of staff understanding their client's need. i will never put my money in that hole ever. my advice!
