I went to Capitec bank early this month to inform them about my current financial status. I just got married, paying bond, School fees, transport and Groceries. I asked them nicely to reduce my monthly installment of R2400.00 to R1500.00, but I wasn't helped. They told me to wait for 2 Months. I am unable to wait so long because I don't want to find myself defaulting monthly payments but in this manner they are doing, They give me no option please I need help in this matter. Stressed and Frustrated.
