I applied for further lending for renovations and consolidations and was denied as i had to much dept. now i ask how do i consolidate my dept. with no help from a company i've been dealing with for almost year's? i then applied for bond refinance to the value of my property today which states i can pay up my existing bond and use the rest for consolidation which is exactly what i need and was declined. my question is that why does the company advertise something you are allowed to do then they decline you as soon as you apply? I'm so off at Sa home-loans!!! tell your friends to stay away as there after service is!!!
