Never kept promise to call me back

I have a minor scratch and dent cover with Telesure, i called them to register a claim on the 1 octomber 2013
they asked me to take my car to Auto Magic at Midrand, which i did, 3 weeks later i have heard noting from them, called them twice to enq on the status of my claim, they keep promising to get back to me, no one did

After this claim i am definately cancelling my policy and want nothing to do with a company that treat those that pay them this way. ive never ever missed a payment
