So I twice reported on my account with FNB. Even supplied proof of the bank statement containing my account number and someone else name. To which their department did NOTHING!
Not only did RB Jabobs make me out to be a . proof here in can be supplied as per my post on Facebook. But than Sandra from the Centurion branch also offered me a new account, but then I loose all the credits I have build up over many years.
FNB is truly not concerned about customer service or loyalty, but only about enriching their own coffers. I mean, what would it have cost them to give me a new account, and be loyal to me as I have been to them, instead of kicking me and treating me like dirt?
