Withdrawal billed twice- Is it?

I would like to know how and why a withdrawal I did once was billed in twice?

I keyed in my password ONCE for that transaction but the same amount was taken of TWICE from my account.

Luckily i found out early otherwise i would never had found out.

I want answers! Such mistakes cant happen with my hard earned cash.
