My Bakkie was more than two weeks ago. After trying to get hold of them the entire day just to notify them of claim it took ages to sort things out. Now after numerous emails and complaints, visiting them two times at their building they promised payment Friday the 11th latest Saturday the 12th of October. I have even spoken to one of their senior managers; the funds are not in my account!! Best of all they started off by cancelling my rental vehicle, without receiving payment or a new vehicle. You do not have a direct line, they promises not kept and now no payment; although via phone and emails everything has been confirmed! THEY promised me... Friday, LATEST SATURDAY!! They have made me lose faith in insurance companies...
