REFUND - BAD SERVICE

I received 1 of those letters whereby you required to send through proof of insurance, which I have subsequently responded to almost 2 weeks ago. I have called ABSA insurance, general enquiries, nobody gives you the same story, it was all different, moral of the story, ABSA now owes me money, which I have to wait for, if I owed them money, I'm sure I would have been harassed with phone calls and SMS's. Train your staff properly!
