I was involved in an accident with a client of first for women on the 6th of July 2013. I have since submitted all the required docs for 3rd party claims but to no avail. I have been so much inconvenienced by this incident and up to until now my damaged car is still standing damaged in the garage. I have all the documents to prove that at the time of the accident, my car was licensed and roadworthy and I was and still carry a valid driver's license. As far as i am concerned I was on the right side of the law but all I get told by Shawn Basset is that my car 'has been considered uneconomical to repair' when all I need is for them to get my car back on the road and compensate for all losses incurred. After some Maths Shawn did, he said they are only prepared to pay R3500 which is way below the repairs quote, in fact I paid R3000 for towing the car from the accident spot. Your help will be most appreciated, I also have record of all correspondence record with Shawn Basset where I was accused of being a reckless driver and the like. Feel free to ask for any missing piece of info that you might need like, AR number, sketches or photos on the accident scene etc.
