I have always been a BIIG fan of Discovery Insure and even referred various customers to them, but lately they are becoming impossible to deal with for the following reasons:
1. A debit order was deducted for an amount more than what was due to them. They confirmed that it was a system error are not refunding me. Ref 3018876489
2. Im also waiting for a refund on a car that was removed from my policy. Ref 3018876489 Every time I phone I have to go through the verification process, Im told its escalated but that doesn't seem to mean anything!
The above has been outstanding since 26 September - 2 weeks!!!
3. I had a few cellphone claims since Jan and are now considered high risk customer - Most items on my policy has now been increased even though I didnt have any claims - Discovery is not prepared to review.
