NO ANSWERS!!!

After repossessing my furnisher in 2005 for a credit card that was R13000 they now in 2013 just start deducting R1100 from my account! No one ever got back to me with the outstanding balance after the repossession. After spending R300 on telephone calls yesterday 07/10/2013 between the "legal services" and the "lawyers" I simply get a answer that according to the terms and conditions (which were signed in 2003???) they (the bank) have the right to deduct any amount of money from my account if I am in debt of them.
What about my budget? What about a telephone call or maybe request a consultation to arrange payment. I have requested from numerous people to please inform me how much money was received from my repossessed furnisher to no avail!!! So my question... FOR YEARS OF NOT BANKING WITH FNB, OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM THEY JUST TAKE MONEY AS THEY PLEASE???
