Hyde Park branch FAIL

I have banked with the Hyde Park branch for years, since I loved their security and prompt service. So what redesigned the branch to make it so unsafe and un-user friendly? They should be fired!

Why I hate the new branch:
1. I've never had to queue at this branch. Now, with the new digital queuing system, there's a permanent queue of at least 8-10 people!
2. There is no security between the tellers and the general mall area. Cameras are lovely, but handing over large sums of cash in full view of the new waiting area and the general mall pedestrian traffic, without even a pane of glass for security is begging a nasty incident to happen.
3. Everything on the Enquiries/Receptionist's computer screen is visible to everyone seated in the new waiting area behind her. Goodbye any kind of privacy for your financial affairs!
4. This new ticket system is environmentally destructive. What do you plan to do with all those little slips of paper that will be left to litter your branch?

Add to this that neither your global banking consultants or the branch's foreign exchange teller knows anything about your CFC account, and all I can ask is: how do I move my account to FNB?
