I have missed one loan repayment and this guy from head office calls me to the store. I get to the store explain to this guy that I was mugged and I ll make the next payment at the end of the month. to my surprise, he start yelling at me that its not his or his company's fault that i'm a cripple. as a person living with disability I have neva felt this insulted before.

if I had money I was going to launch a civil case against him and his company. {imagine we started swearing at each and he just spoiled my weekend}
