Bad Service and False Advertising

My friend Mr Douglas West lost his wife 4 days ago. He has been to the bank yesterday and today to ask for assistance as his wife was the one who did all the banking, he asked to speak to a Manager and was told he could not. The person he spoke to said he spoke to his supervisor and said that they can not help him. So much for your advert where you say that you will bend over backwards to assist and help a client, if anyone needed assistance it was this man who is trying to cope with the death of his wife.
