My ref no. 9521001574859.I logged onto loan defector over the Internet, yes i agreed to the terms and conditions. within the hour i was told to go buy their services at a Pick and pay, shoprite woolworths or checkers and send them proof of payment, nowhere it was said that the money will be debited from my account. i have tried numerous times to call the call centre with no joy, either i hold for longer that 15 minutes or i encountered a rude consultant on the end of the line. i want the money i didn't agree to be taken, back! as i didn't even use your services.
i dont know if you take advantage of people who need money or what, but why would one take out money when they need the money in the fist place??
