I was contacted about an offer. I mentioned to the operator that I was not interested as I was not happy with my premiums as it was. The lady asked if she could put me through to someone that could help me with my complaint. I was transferred to Vicnesh Padayachey.
Not only was he very friendly and helpful, but he was informed and very efficient. He was so swift and was able to bring my premiums down for me based on my history with them.
Needless to say I am now very happy, and not interested in moving my insurance to another company anymore. 5min later I received an email with all the revised paperwork.
I was very impressed.
