MOVING BACKWARDS

Currently being on maternetiy leave i am spending more time at bank as at house. i am not receiving my full salary and UIF informed me that i will only recieve my UIF 6 - 8 weeks after 25 September. as i go to the baranch and ask that they give me an advance on my overdraft so that all my debit orders can go through. they tell me they cant do it. but they did in august? my private banker tells me to sell my house to get rid of all my personal loans that (adds up only to R150 000). real proffesional. Standard bank for a second month in a row can not that a debit order of R68.13 go through as there is insufficient funds but they can let the R115 go through for unpaid item.. IT is ridicolous. when i phone prestige they say i must go to branch and get recommendation letter . when i go to branch they tell me it can not be done. how can 2 people working for the same company give 2 different versions. i did not get my credit so high for being a bad payer. but now i am treated as a bad payer and low credit score due to Standard bank. Really frustrated!!!
