I recieved an E-mail from direct axis saying i am in arrears on my loan yet i never took out a loan in that company or any other company for that matter- apparently someone took out a loan fraudulantly on my name but it puzzels me how, because i never lost my ID nor drivers lecence- how is it possible that i have a loan there yet they never saw my paysheet and they don't even have my banking details. I have tried several times to resolve the matter but their investigation is taking forever and i even lost out on a house i was trying to buy because they listyed my name that i am in arrears. I am currently out of the country and i provided them with my contact number's but i never recieved any communication from them.
