Yesterday I phoned XDS dispute dept. And got great service from a Krisala. I need them to update my profile as I'm out of debt review, she gave me her email adress to forward some documents wich I did. The same day I got a response, including my free credit report, wich I didn't expect. Thanks for your great professionalism. I wil fill in the dispute form and send it back to Xds, and I trust you will continue with your great work. Thank you.
