Incorrect Credit Bureau Update

On the 31st of January 2013, I complained on Hello Peter that my monthly debit order for my RCP was not taken - a Sibusiso Nkosi assured me that this would be sorted because the bank had taken it off the wrong account.

I specifically asked the resolution specialist who dealt with this if my credit record would be affected; they said they would make a note as this was the bank's error. I just took a look at my credit report; imagine my horror when I saw a 30 days late update in February.

I need someone to trace how that was a late payment, as well as change that on my credit record. I am lodging a dispute with Transunion as well.
