Unfair rudiculous service

I had an account with this institution and it was handed over eventually, i paid until I received a call from adrs giving me a 30% discount if I settle, i agreed and settled the account by 30th September 13 on conditions that they clear my credit status for various reasons. They promised they will action as quick as possible but after making the payment they told me it can only be done on the 26th October 13, i tried fighting with them but failed. I then phoned the bank and was transferred from one staff to another for 2 full day costing loads of money for a fruitless call. All I need is the bank to clear this transaction and update my status for employment purposes as quick as possible.i have been a customer and still a customer but this service is very bad and taunting the image of the bank.please sort this out as soon as possible as I went all out to find money so I can move on with life.
