Still nothing after complaint

In December 2012 I laid a complaint on Hellopeter about the poor feedback and response of CAPITEC bank and ABSA bank regarding money that was illegally via Internet transfer, to be returned to me, but still, both banks could not care less. It has almost been 6 months that passed since the incident happened. CAPITEC has all the information and results of the investigation, but refuses to return my money that was. Carte Blanche is where my next complaint will end up if this situation continues to progress the way it has.
