I submitted a claim with claim number 102368291 for my geyser that burst and within no time Outsurance had acted on the situation I had found myself in.
The Building Assessor Wynand Krige came out to help us through the entire situation with a lot of compassion and care, he really made it his problem and took all the worries off my shoulders.
