After so many months calling emailed I did not received my provident money, the only valid feedback I received was my bank account rejected payment which they did not notified me about it took a whole week of calling and mails, I sent the documents to confirm my bank details now I must wait another week just to hear something else is wrong, I received the most bad service ever the client services cant give any info just tell you to wait another week, and I'm waiting more than 2 months hopefully the bank wont repossess my car because I'm unemployed till next year and needed my provident fund to pay my monthly premiums
