I found out today via my debit orders and further investigation that FNB Insurance has moved me from Santam to Auto & General without any permission to do so. To add insult to injury the premiums are also much higher.
According to Santam they have to inform me of the decision to move me but I had received no calls, emails or even a letter. I don't event know what I am insured for nor the policy number.
The FNB Insurance call centre claims that they are unable to do anything about this.
I am very disappointed and angry at this treatment and would like to have this resolved.
