We cannot get any outstanding balances for any of our debt review clients. the staff are poorly trained and are not even sure who is handling their own accounts. we are trying to get them the money owed to them, you would think they would be falling over themselves to get us the details but instead they hamper the process and casue great delays to the detriment of all credit providers. WE NEED TO FIND SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON IN WONGA.
