I had received an email notification advising me that my insurance premium will be going up as they usually advise at the end of the 3rd year with MiWay. I spoke to Lemmy who is always passionate and willing to assist regardless of how challenging is the request. On the first day he was not able to meet my requirements which he opted to confirm with his manager and advise me the next day. For real he did contact me and was able to fulfill my request. Was happy with myway and still happy with them after 3yrs of service. Please keep up the great work Lemmy! Thank you, keep up the great work/standards
