I called for a quote in June/July and Outsurance could not beat the premium I am currently paying at FFW. I realized that they paid R400 to anyone who's quote they could not beat and decided to enquire. They mentioned I would get. They requested a profile of my account with FFW and my banking details and was advised the money would be paid within 30 days. I am still waiting and this was since 10.07.2013. Pathetic marketing and poor service. I'm sure had I called in to enquire, my phone bill would be R400.00.
