I bought furniture from Lewis Store, Dundee in April 2013. They charged me an amount of R 231.41 for insurance on the goods. On the 2nd of May 2013 I went to the store manager, Annatjie with proof of my comprehensive house hold insurance. I was told that the policy would be cancelled immediately. At the end of May the R 231.41 still reflected on my account. I wanted to avoid a bad credit record and paid the amount. I approached Annatjie again several times during June and July and every time she assured me the insurance was cancelled. At the end of June they charged me R 231.41 and again at the end of July. I do not know where to turn to now as I am not getting this policy cancelled.
