I applied for a smart phone device and accessory in June and only the S4 was delivered and I called the company direct to ask about the accessory i was informed that FNB only ordered the device, its now september FNB decided to debit me R259 for the accessory that i never received, i want my money back.i called into the customer care spoke to Rukeya and i informed her that i want to be credited every cent.
FNB DID NOT DELIVER THE ACCESSORY
