Debit Order: Ref: Naedo Tracked DO Netcash/08387388THE BI R299.99

I have realised that my ABSA account was debited by your company, I have reversed this amount (299.99) and contacted FNB to obtain the details. I was informed by a FNB Consultant (Pule Mphahlele) that the account belongs to Mr. John Pippaway, 0215215200. I refuse to hold for your operators (long queues) to provide me with details and mandate that you are authorised to debit my account according PASA. I have seen on Hello Peter you provide generic responses and don't give feedback (Telephonically and emailing of the mandate as agreed with the complaint). You better rectify this with your customer cause I stay in Gauteng and definitely did not authorise such agreement with any of your customers. You better provide feedback within 14 days with a confirmation that my account will not be debited again.

Failure to this you will be reported to my Legal Counsel and ABSA Head Office that you are in contravention of PASA regulatory and any legislative if a further debit order is made by you (Sage Netcash).
