When a call centre tells me its my problem

I switched over to FNB and is still waiting on my beneficiaries to be loaded. i called the call centre and the person on the other side tells me it is my problem if im not happy and willing to wait for the changes to take place. i feel if they could not finalise the changes in time they should have informed me. really starting to regret this swop.
