A outsurance insured person reversed into my wifes car. We reported it and got a claim number, outsurance refered us to one of the companies who does inspections for them. We finalized all documentation required by them and send it threw. According to the agent who worked with us, the claim would take not longer than 6 weeks. This was allready pathetic but what can you do... now it is more than 3 months and we havent heard anything... i wonder where they get their add on the tv ehere they will bend backwords for people..THEY MISSLEAD AND TO PEOPLE. I send a mail to them a week ago and still havent received anything back... this leaves me with no other opsion but to sue their client responsable for the accident.
