I previously had to use Hello Peter to get something done, and now I find myself having to use this channel again. I have had to fight and fight to get my fathers tax number reopened so you can pay his policy to us, and it is now open, and again I have an email to say that the tax directive has come back rejected? what exactly is wrong. Old Mutual got their tax directive and have paid out in the last week? Why can't you do the same? You phone, and if the system is not off line, then you get half a story, relayed from the claims department by someone that doesn't really know what is going on. Please, can I just have some customer service, have my money paid out, so I can move on with my life. IT IS JUST TOO MUCH
