Same complaint. 2nd yea

This is the second year the my bank does not communicate to me. Last year was exactly the same. I only make use of internet banking. Only when I go on vacation I use my debit card. Last year Fourways branch did not communicate that they had received my new card, and had sent it back. When I went on holiday, I could use my card, because it had expired.

Again this year they have received my new card for a while now. I'm not living in Jhb anymore, and I'm going on holiday next week. My card is expiring end of this week. There is no time to order a new card in time.

ABSA FOURWAYS SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! THERE IS NO SERVICE!!! AND I'M A PLATINUM CLIENT!!!
