I have an account with African Bank for about few years now and recently I requested for a credit check and I discovered that they have blacklisted my name.
I went to a branch in Cape town where a consultant told me that she cannot assist me as my name is no longer in their system and she referred me to another branch which is also close to them and they said the same story, I was given 2 numbers for collections which I contacted immediately, they also said the same story to me.
The problem is now my name is still on ITC still showing that I must pay them R11000 and I don't know where to pay for it and im very frustrated, I really would like African Bank to clear this with me so that I can move forward with my life.
