Outsurance and Hibeat Autobody in Turfontein have colluded to give me the worst possible experience in the world. It has essentially taken Hibeat 2 years to repair a boot and bumper spray job. Outsurance in the mean time has done nothing assist their loayl customer in this. All everyone has done is o pass my query to a different department and make promises to me. This is by far the worst anyone has ever been treated in SA, i believe it. Thank you Outsurance for bending over backwards to ensure that i get what you believe i deserve... a "ROYAL UP YOURS".
