I phone fnb credit department ask Kgomotso to do a limit shift from my budget to straight she told me that she will do that, after i drop the line waited for sms and email as used to get confirmation when i do a limit shift but guess what limit shift was not done have to phone again to do a limit shift second consultant helped me nicely, my fisrt call was was waist of airtime am not a happy customer, am also thinking to change my bank.
